A 306 horsepower paintbrush: recreating the colourful paintstrokes of a BMW Z4.

We’ve gone brush-to-brush with the artistic masters before on a few retouching campaigns; but this time we got to go wheel-to-wheel with arguably the most powerful paintbrush used to date: a 306hp BMW Z4. Created to complement a high-profile TV commercial and an innovative iPhone app entitled “Expression of Joy”, the challenge here was to recreate for print the same aesthetic and emotional response as the rest of the campaign.
