A series of composites are a celebration of the light and ethereality.
There are few places with as an alluring mystique as Egypt – and the Egyptian Tourist Authority wanted to add an extra degree of dreamy, escapist aspiration to this campaign. Above all, they wanted to convey warmth, and they wanted to convey light.
Taking Chris Sisarich’s crystal-clear photography, our retouchers composed the various elements of each scene and blended them as normal – before setting to work conjuring up a sense of light and calm that would shine out irrepressibly from the ads.
The results are feast for the eyes. Several of us have been to Egypt since. Just saying.
