SB is an award-winning Creative Production Studio with an international reach that produces beautiful imagery and digital solutions for Brands and advertising agencies.
We were the original pioneers of digital retouching in 1991, and one of the very first post production studios to fully harness the potential of CGI and develop in-house capability. Today, we continue to innovate and stretch creative and technical boundaries, with fully integrated production that encompasses everything from CGI, motion and VFX to shoot production and VR.
We’re looking for an energetic, resourceful and self-motivated Junior Pipeline/Python Developer. We are looking for someone with a keen interest in software design and asset management.
If that sounds like you, then we’d love to have you join our team. We are also open to developers without VFX/CGI experience that are eager to break into our creative and rewarding industry.
Key Responsibilities
Writing software in Python that contributes to our pipeline.
Building intuitive user interfaces driven by our Artists needs.
Supporting existing and new software.
Keeping stakeholders up to date with progress.
Required Skills
Understanding of software development
Keen problem-solving skills
Python
Experience with source control programmes such as Git.
Great communication skills.
The ability to self manage and work well in a team.
Required Skills
An interest in Computer graphics
Experience using Maya and other CG programmes
Use of production tracking tools such as Ftrack and Shotgun
Games engine knowledge (Unity, Unreal Engine)
Education
Degree in Computer Science/Animation or relative experience
