Stefan Gerstheimer

Head of CGI

What do you do at SB?

As Head of CG, I pretty much get to work with everyone right across the business from start to finish. I do my best to prioritise each day and make sure that I am doing what I consider the most important part of my role, the supporting of the team – They are the talent making it all happen and I’m here for them.

Why do you love coming to work each day?

It's nice to see friendly faces and feel like part of a team, and there's always new challenges to face!

What inspires you to do your job?

I'm inspired to be part of such great team and to contribute to the end goal. I enjoy seeing projects through from start to finish in the most productive and successful ways possible.

What have you enjoyed working on most recently?

I don't really work at Project level so can't name a particular one, I just enjoy absorbing the talent around me and experiencing Artists in their element.

How is SB different from other companies you have worked for?

It's generally a better culture and a healthier attitude to work than most places. We work hard but it's a friendly place without big egos to navigate - it's a proper team, working together and taking care of each other.

How does it feel to be part of SB?

I'm proud to be a part of it, it's an outstanding team!

Describe the culture at SB.

Highly charged creativity, fast paced and challenging but somehow relaxed, inclusive, values driven, and genuine.

What is the most exciting thing about working at SB right now?

Being a part of an ambitious and growing business is challenging and inspiring, I'm glad to be along for the ride and excited about where we're heading!
